Please take a minute to read the following terms and conditions which apply to all purchases made using this website. By using www.meisterhand-trading.com.sg/swissvax, you indicate your agreement to these terms of use.
General
The owner of this website is Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd whose address is 21, Palm Grove Avenue #02-19, Singapore 547320 (“Authorised distributor for Swissvax in Singapore /we/our/us”). We are a Private Limited.
Your contract for purchases made through the site is with Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd.
Order Policy
You can order products online by following the instructions on our website. Your order becomes legally binding when you have pressed the “submit order” button at the end of the checkout procedure.
We will send an automated electronic acknowledgment to you within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If an item is unavailable, a message will be sent via email to you for further action within 3 working days.
If you are a private consumer (and by this we mean you have bought the product other than for your own business), you may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order if you notify us within 7 working after you have received the product(s) by returning the cancelled item(s) (unopened and in original condition) at your own expense to the address shown on the invoice. We will refund the order or relevant part of it as soon as the goods have been received back. It may take us up to 30 days to do this.
Please note that all sales on discounted or clearance items as well as special orders for you from Switzerland are final.
All goods remain the sole property of Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd until paid for in full.
Shipment Policy
We deliver only within the country of Singapore. If you want to have sent Swissvax products to other countries please visit the website www.swissvax.com.
All local orders will be sent out within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.
The delivery will be done by a courier. Please note that Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any lost items.
Payment Policy
All our products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and therefore all transactions are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
We accept personal cheques and credit cards.
Cheques
All cheques must be crossed and made payable to Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd. It must be in SGD and drawn on a Singapore bank. Please indicate your invoice number on the back of the cheque.

Credit Cards
We accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card information will be sent via a secure (SSL) channel so that no one can intercept your personal data.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purchase of ordering goods or services are correct and that if you pay by credit card the card you are using is your own or you have authority to use it.
Return Policy
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
All other exchanges are subject to confirmation. Please email your request to: info@meisterhand-trading.com.sg within 30 days from the date of invoice.
Please note that all sales on discounted or clearance items as well as special orders for you from Switzerland are final.
We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels. The costs of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
Privacy Policy
For transmitting your personal information to us, we use a secure channel (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information. This encryption process ensures that the information you give us is protected against unauthorised access.
We will always treat the information we collect from you as personal and confidential. Your details will only be used to complete orders, provide you with the best possible service and, if you have requested, to enable us to send you information about promotional offers and new products or services. Your personal information will not be passed or sold to any third party or company (unless we are legally obliged to) without your permission.

Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd be liable for any special or consequential damages that result for the use of, or the inability to us, the materials in this website. This also applies if Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd or a Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.
In any event Meisterhand Trading Pte Ltd’s total liability for loss or damage under this contract shall be limited to the total cost of your order.

We may amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time and place the new version on the website.
